Our rigorous quality control measures include comprehensive in-house inspections conducted throughout the molding process, as well as meticulous final audits, ensuring the highest standards of product excellence.

Mikrotech uses the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process for manufacturing projects. This includes creating the following documents to be applied to our manufactured components:

  • Process Flow Diagram
  • Process Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (PFMEA)
  • Control Plan

Mikrotech also follows a specific validation procedure.
